Another run down, tomorrow is rest day

I really feel it in my legs, the lack of running for several weeks.  However, one of the things that I haven't lost is the knowledge that I can do it.  It is a good thing to sustain me through the tough parts of the run.  I'm taking this by the numbers, in the hope that I won't get injured.  So far so good!  Tonight, 15 minutes run, 5 minutes walk, repeat.  Two more days of this (Saturday and Sunday), and then I notch it up a little next week.
