Squeezin' it in

This week was an improvement for me in the running department. I worked out Mon, Thurs, Fri, and Sat. Thursday was a 5 mile outdoor run in the nice 40 something degree, drizzly weather. Friday was an hour on the elliptical. Saturday was a 10 mile run in a quite warmer and sunnier day.

Not quite sure, since I fell off the training schedule wagon a few weeks ago, but I think that this is my last long run before Newport. Now it's going to be tapering and trying to not reinjure myself. The knees held up pretty well today. Just had a little blistering in the arch of my left foot and was a bit thirsty. I have to start drinking more water! Goal for the week.
