Fartlek

Last week of base training before the half training program starts. 45 min of cross-training on elliptical Monday. 4 mile Fartlek on the treadmill today (Jogging pace, 9:31; Running pace, 8:34; Sprint pace, 6:58). Felt good to run today- got rid of some of the stress that comes with building a data set! I think I will officially register for the race sometimes this week.

Hey Becky! Nice to see you hear. I'll register this week too, now that you mention it. It will make me feel official. What is this jog/run/sprint stuff? How much cross training are you doing? Seems like you're more serious than I right now! I've got to get moving! :)
